Water and sewer is billed every 2nd month.

Lots Available
Lots are $1 if a taxable dwelling is built within 1 year of purchase.
Otherwise, lot prices are to be negotiated with council. An application letter must be submitted, stating
what the lot is for, what will be built and when it will be completed.
Streets
Snow removal is provided by the Village of Love and the Rural Munipality of Torch River.
The streets are gravelled and well maintained.
